k, so here is absolutely the worst thing ive ever read. i was looking back to old emails and i found this terrible forward. my comments are in orange. here is a list of way that a guy can apparently tell if a girl is flirting with him:
- She makes eye contact and smiles at you.
- She hits you softly on the arm and laughs when you say something funny.(you should never laugh when someone says something funny)
- She flips her hair when she's talking to you.
- She touches your arm when she talks to you.
- She says, "No, I'm not telling you who I like!" with a big smile on her face(smiling is banned when you like someone, so dont give it away!)
- She asks you who you like or who you would go out with seemingly interested.(well if shes interested shed probably seem that way)
- When you go to the movies with a bunch of your friends and she is almost always next to you.(oo-la-la)
- She criticizes you on a girl you like.
- You catch her staring at you.
- She plays with your hair or tries to put make up on you. (thats apparently classified as flirtatious, not creepy)
- Her friends outside of school and in school know about you, and says she talks about you a lot.
- She knows your phone number and address.(weird)
- She will try and talk, and spend time with you as much as possible. (if there is a possibility of a relationship, its weird to spend time together, right?)
so this is pathetic correct? this is now how girls can know if guys are flirting with them:
- He stares at you a lot.
- He hits you a lot. (just play hitting) (i disagree)
- He uses the first thing that pops into his head to start a conversation with you.
- He yelled, "Hi!", to your mom that day she picked you up from school. (that is soooo flirtatious!)
- He blew off his buds to go see "Run Away Bride" with you cuz you couldn't get another girl pal to go and didn't want to go alone. (thats a good friend, not necessarily someone who is interested)
- He tries to make you laugh anyway even if he gets hurt in the process.
- His voice gets softer ("Hey, you") when ever you two talk. (hahaha...this is just ridiculous)
- You hung up on him. He called you back.
- You where invited by him to a group outing. (if that means a guy is interested, im screwed, as are most of us girls from dalmeny)
- He called you to talk about nothing at all. (thats flirtatious? man, the things im learning)
- He imitates your laugh. OK, you do snort sometimes. Which makes you laugh even harder. (thats not flirtatious, ITS MEAN JUSTIN!!!)
- He remembers little things you mention in casual conversation.
- He sometimes stares straight into your eyes. (the difference between this one and the first one on this list?)
yeah, so there you go. a foolproof guide to read the flirtations of the opposite sex.
